By accessing and using "Is it a boy or a girl?" (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

This Service is a private guessing application for friends and family to predict the gender of an expected baby. The Service is operated by Daniel Hagen D.B.A. Strong Oak Studios and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when guessing
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
• Not submit offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Respect other users' privacy and participation

Guessing Rules

• Each authenticated user may submit one guess per guessing group
• Guesses may be changed before the guessing deadline for each group
• After the deadline, guesses cannot be changed or deleted
• Guess results are visible to all authenticated users

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Daniel Hagen D.B.A. Strong Oak Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the Service.
